Add-on shipping & returns

For the physical add-ons — checklist cards, colour labels and soft storage pouches. All prices in USD ($).

Where we ship

Printed add-ons are dispatched from the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and available destinations are shown at checkout. Free standard US shipping applies to add-on orders over $60 USD.

Processing & delivery

  • Orders are prepared within 2–4 working days of a confirmed order.
  • Standard delivery estimates are shown at checkout by destination.
  • Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees; carrier timings can vary.

Payment status

Payment provider pending. You can build a kit bag and see USD pricing, but no payment is collected and no order is dispatched until a payment provider is connected and checkout is enabled.

Returns

  • Unused add-ons in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery once ordering is live.
  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds for returned physical goods are issued to the original payment method in USD once the return is received and checked.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an add-on arrives faulty or incorrect, email support@gocampin.shop within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
