Digital delivery & refund boundary
How board credits are delivered and where refunds apply for digital products. Prices are in USD ($).
Digital delivery
Board credits and the boards, checklists and pack-down notes you generate are digital products. Credits are added to your account and generated boards are made available to download in the builder. There is no physical shipment for digital items.
Payment status
Payment provider pending. No payment is currently collected for credits, and no charge is made until a payment provider is connected and checkout is enabled. Any prices shown are in USD ($) so you know costs in advance.
Refund boundary
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase once checkout is enabled, provided they have not been spent generating boards.
- Credits already spent to generate and download boards are consumed and are not refundable, because the digital product has been delivered.
- If a technical fault prevents a board from generating, contact us and we will restore the affected credit.

Printed cards, labels and pouches are covered separately by our Shipping & Returns policy.
